exe itself im sure would not be considered piracy, so long as you arent distributing it. It enables the play of a pirated version, but using a modified. exe to uncheck the "check disc flag" and as such, isnt really piracy, its more of a mod. well, if you want to get extremely technical, wether a no-cd crack qualifies as piracy is kind of a grey area, under united states law at least, don't know about where you live. The reason for this is the typical Singaporean being 'kia-su' (stupidly careful) and I am scared (lol?) that I may lose it or it gets damaged. I was wondering if I could bind it with Steam. I am, quite certain at least, that it is not a pirated version as it does not come in those plastic cheap bags and it has a 'preorder now' ad for skyrim (also, it has a map for the shivering isles and cyrodiil and Singapore's strict crack-down on anyone selling pirated copies of digital stuff). This edition was called the '5th year anniversary edition'.
